The hotel is located in a building with over 300 years history behind it; in its day it was an attractive residence for Franciscan nuns. Another interesting feature of this hotel is that it is located in -rue Monsieur Le Prince- named after Prince de Conde. There are 31 beautifully decorated rooms with wooden beams and period furniture. Guests may choose from among singles, doubles and twins with private bathrooms, a hair dryer, a TV, wifi Internet access, a safe and a telephone. For the moment, only 19 of the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. Families with babies can ask for a cot which is subject to an extra charge. This hotel also boasts a 24 hour reception service, a lift, telephone, safe, Internet in public areas, a laundry and ironing service and a left-luggage office. Pets are allowed (daily charge). Guests travelling with their own vehicle or renting a car during their stay in Paris can park them safely at the public car park located 150 metres from the hotel. El Hotel Saint Paul Rive Gauche es un elegante establecimiento de 3 estrellas, situado en una tranquila zona del histórico Barrio Latino de París, en el distrito 6º, entre la Universidad de la Sorbona y los Jardines de Luxemburgo, no muy lejos del Sena. El edificio en el que está ubicado tiene más de 300 años de historia, y en su día fue una atractiva residencia habitada por monjes franciscanos. Otro dato histórico interesante es la calle del hotel, que debe su nombre -rue Monsieur Le Prince- al Príncipe de Condé. Dispone de 31 habitaciones muy bien decoradas, de estilo clásico, con vigas de madera y mobiliario de época. Las hay individuales, dobles y twin; todas equipadas con cuarto de baño privado, secador de pelo, TV, conexión wifi a Internet, caja fuerte y teléfono. De momento, sólo 19 de ellas tienen aire acondicionado. Las familias con bebés pueden pedir, si lo desean, una cuna, por un coste adicional. El establecimiento cuenta, además, con servicio de recepción las 24 horas del día, ascensor, teléfono, caja de seguridad, Internet en las áreas comunes, servicio de lavandería y planchado, y consigna para el equipaje. Está permitido traer animales domésticos (coste adicional diario). Aquellas personas que viajen en coche o que alquilen uno para su estancia en la ciudad, pueden dejarlo a buen recaudo en el parking público que hay a 150 metros del hotel.
